Reviews
How we assess wellness products, what we will and will not claim, and what to look for before you buy anything.
We focus on products people actually consider for everyday wellbeing: mobility and movement aids, recovery tools, supportive equipment, and supplements where the claims can be assessed sensibly. We do not review prescription products or anything marketed as treating a medical condition.
Every review is built on the same four questions, so different products can be compared fairly:
We do not publish invented ratings, fabricated testimonials, made-up statistics, clinical claims we cannot support, or expert endorsements that do not exist. If we have not assessed a product properly, we leave the slot empty and say so.
Whatever you are considering, a few checks apply almost everywhere: does the seller state what is actually in it or how it is made; is the claim specific rather than vague; is there a return policy; and does the price reflect the product rather than the marketing. Our Best Products hub goes into buying criteria in more depth.
Individual products assessed against the criteria above. Slots are reserved until a review has actually been completed.
